Inland Northwest Community Foundation is a resource for professional advisors of all types—attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, planned giving and trust officers, and others—to help you assist your clients in achieving their financial and charitable goals.

Here are just a few of the ways the community foundation accomplishes this goal:

  • We collaborate with you while you stay in control of your client relationships. We provide a full range of services to your clients to make their charitable giving most effective and to simplify the tax and gift tracking aspects of their philanthropy.
  • We understand the needs of our communities so we can help your clients enhance the positive impact of their charitable giving and grantmaking.
  • We offer flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Most funds can be established with a simple governing document that requires less than an hour to prepare. Our endowed assets consist of nearly 300 individual funds, pooled for investment purposes to keep investment management and administration costs low.
  • We offer maximum tax benefits. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, we provide the maximum tax benefits allowed to your client, saving on income and estate taxes, as well as reducing or eliminating capital gains taxes.

Our bottom line is philanthropy. We help your clients benefit their families and their community. By partnering with us, you may help your clients increase their current income, add to their heirs’ inheritance, teach their children or grandchildren about philanthropy and leave a legacy in their community.
